Based on the results identified by your assessment, which area of your life requires the greatest level of attention?

What commitment are you willing to make to reach a greater level of fitness in that area?

If your scores need to improve in the area of spiritual fitness we encourage you to begin to spend quality time alone with God in study and in prayer. If you have a relationship with God evaluate it to determine if it has gotten stale or is in need of something new. If you do not spend time alone with God at all we recommend you begin by reading the Our Daily Bread selections daily on the link listed under Links on this website.

If the area that is most in need of improvement is physical, we recommend you begin to workout. We recommend you sign up for The Fitness Angel Show at www.myfitnessangel.com. This is a free site that will provide you with workout advice from the CEO of New Beginnings Temple Time, your own personal Fitness Angel.

Relational fitness is a challenge for many of us. Please ask God to show you any relationships that you currently have that are not holy and those that are broken and need to be healed. If He shows you a relationship ask Him to show you how to deal with it.

Mental Fitness requires us to learn more to spend more time studying those things that will help us to have a better understanding of who we are and ability to deal with our situations through that knowledge. Read and study information that builds you up.

Send a message to us on our message board to discuss with others in the community that may be dealing with the same fitness issues you have. Your story may help someone else.

Weekly Encouragement Scripture
Luke 2:52 (NLT) ? So Jesus grew in both height and in wisdom, and he was loved by God and by all who knew him.

Mark 12:30-31 (NLT) ? And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength. The second is equally important: ?Love your neighbor as yourself.? No other commandment is greater than these.
